I started my journey in sweltering conditions doing hands-on production work. I built businesses from modest five-figure revenues to breaking the seven-figure barrier. I led teams of nine. I sold two successful companies. And yes—I experienced two failed partnerships that taught me lessons no success ever could.
But here's what changed everything: I stopped being an OPERATOR trapped in my business and became an ORCHESTRATOR who led it strategically. I added agency-level design and marketing thinking. I built systems that allowed contractors to execute without me. I understood all disciplines—design, production, installation, fulfillment—deeply enough to lead intelligently without being trapped in daily operations.
The result? I created a business valuable enough to be the anchor acquisition in a rollup. I achieved the freedom and exit I wanted—on my terms.
